Fees & costs guide | InvestArab

Understand trading, network and payment costs, what to review before confirming, and how simulated practice fees differ from live charges.

InvestArab is a trading name of Arab Investment Company K.S.C.C. (AIC), which holds a licence from the Capital Markets Authority of Kuwait — licence AP/2016/0001 — covering custody, securities brokerage (not exchange-registered), portfolio management, collective investment schemes, investment advice, investment control and subscription agency. Scope note: the CMA has not licensed virtual-asset services in Kuwait (Circular No. 10 of 2023, 17 July 2023); the digital-asset features therefore sit outside the CMA's virtual-asset perimeter and are not covered by a dedicated virtual-asset licence. Established 2006 (Commercial Registration 117720, capital >USD 50,000,000). AIC states that securities client assets are held 1:1 in segregated custody under CMA Kuwait Book 5. Actual segregation has not been independently attested; this securities licence does not cover custodial crypto wallets. Official register record: CMA Kuwait Public Register.

Covered by the CMA securities licence

Not covered by the CMA securities licence

Kuwait CMA Circular No. 10 of 2023 (17 July 2023) prohibits virtual asset activities within Kuwait. The platform operator asserts regional cross-border servicing; however, no cross-border exemption exists under Kuwait CMA rules for virtual assets, and providing digital-asset services across borders sits outside the CMA licence perimeter and requires qualified legal review in each client jurisdiction.

Understand the cost before you confirm.

An order price is only part of the total. Review the quote, service charges and expected amount received for the specific action you are taking.

This guide explains cost categories, not a fixed live fee schedule. Actual charges depend on the asset, network, payment route, account and current quote. If costs are unclear, contact support before submitting.

Trading & price

A trade may include an execution fee. The buy and sell prices can differ, and market movement or slippage can change the final execution price.

Check the order type, price, fee and expected amount received.

Transfers & networks

Transfers can incur network and processing charges. Costs, minimums and processing times vary by asset, network and the available withdrawal route.

Check the selected network, total debit, processing charge and recipient amount.

Payment & provider costs

Banks, payment providers and counterparties may apply separate charges, currency conversion or a rate spread. A platform quote may not include charges imposed elsewhere.

Check the provider’s terms and the full amount you will pay or receive.

Practice fees, explained.

The practice workspace applies a simulated execution fee to each virtual fill so you can see its effect on your trading journal.

This rate applies only to the local practice account. It is not a published live trading rate. Practice orders do not use real funds or settle on an exchange.
